Returns & Exchanges

Please note returns, refunds and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Returns Process

For a full refund, please email sales@excelmachinetools.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s) Please return your online order in its original condition and packaging to our main offices in Coventry, UK within 28 days of receiving it.

Returns can only be received Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
As our machines and accessories can be very large and heavy, we do not currently offer free returns.
So please be aware you are responsible for the cost to return the item(s) to us, we advise you use a delivery service that offers tracking and proof of delivery, and package the item(s) protectively.

Please contact sales@excelmachinetools.co.uk prior to sending us your item(s) so we can notify our warehouse team.
Please also include your order reference and reason for return.

Returning Faulty item(s)

Orders that are returned will be inspected for any fault(s) and against the reason you have given for the return, if you notify us of a return after 14 days (your right to cancel) we must be able to identify a fault with the item(s).
Where item(s) are found to be faulty by our engineers we will offer a repair or replacement.

Returning International Orders
European and International orders can be returned using any trackable postal service and you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself. To avoid tax and duty charges for returns please provide your courier with the order number, outbound tracking number, and airway bill and note this on the parcel to demonstrate it’s a return purchase to Excel Machine Tools.

Payment Refunds
If your offered a refund, you’ll be refunded to your original form of payment. Allow 5-10 working days for refunded payments to appear in your account.

Fraud and Misuse
Please note, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.

This applies to full price, sale and online purchases.
