Here is a simple step by step process of placing an online with us.

2. Add your items to the basket
3. Click on checkout
4. Enter your details:
Name,
Business Name
Delivery Address
Telephone Number
Billing Address (if different)
Any special Order Notes (For instance site access)
5. Check your order
6. Select your Payment Method
If you have selected ‘Just a Quote for now’ we will receive your order details and contact details and contact you to finalise your quote or answer any questions you might have.
If you have selected Direct Bank transfer we will reiceve your order and contact you to give you instructions on how to make a bank transfer. (No goods will be released from our warehouse until funds have cleared our account)
If You have selected PayPal, a payment page will appear, where you can log into your PayPal account or enter Credit Card details to proceed with the payment. (Be aware due to the high values of our products you may need to contact your card issuer to authorise the payment)
7. You will receive an order confirmation email
8. We will process your order and dispatch your item(s) when we can see payment in our bank account or PayPal account, we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, and will contact you if any of the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock with an expected delivery date.
9. Your order will be dispatched with either DPD or Pallet Line, and we will manage its successful delivery to you or notify you if anything happens along its journey to you
Note: If you have paid via PayPal we may contact you to verify you have received delivery of the order, this is an extra layer of buyer protection PayPal puts in place.
10. Enjoy your new machine or accessories.
We ensure all machines are tested before they leave our warehouse, so you can get to work straight away, and we are here to support you if you have any questions or problems.
