Back-orders
Items which are marked as only available on ‘back-order’, are items that we do not hold stock of in our Coventry (UK) warehouse, they are delivered directly from our suppliers based in Germany & China.
These items can take some time to reach the UK due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and delays at ports due to new Brexit rules.
Each item usually has a different lead time from our suppliers, which can change regularly.
Before placing a back-order, please call us on 024 76 36 5255 or complete an enquiry on the relevant product page, and we can inform you of delivery times.
Our telephone lines are open Mon-Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4pm
We aim to respond to website enquiries in 48 hours.
We work with several international suppliers, and our stock is imported from Germany and China.
Sometimes our suppliers face stock shortages, due to high demand or delays in shipping deliveries raw materials or production.
Our suppliers are also affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic and new rules regarding international freight due to Brexit, this can mean that stock is not immediately available and will be placed on back-order.
Please call us on 024 76 36 5255 and we can inform you of delivery.
