Christmas Opening Times Information
If you are planning to place an order and receive delivery before the Christmas period please note the information below.
This applies to all orders received into the Business via phone, email or online.
When is the last day I can place an order?
Our last day of dispatch of goods will be on the 21st of December 2021.
We test and check all machines before dispatch, this means orders placed after the 20th of December
will not be processed or dispatched until week commencing the 3rd of January 2022.
When will the business close for Christmas?
The business will close from 5pm on the 22nd of December 2021.
The business will open back to full operations on Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
Please note there will be no response to emails, calls, ordering, tracking, servicing
or any other business, during closure.
Will my order get delivered before Christmas?
We advise you place orders no later than the 20/12/2020
If the item(s) you order are in stock we aim to dispatch within 48 hours, all orders are sent
on a next working day service with DPD or PalletLine, but due to the busy nature
of the Christmas period this can sometimes take longer.
If the item(s) you want to order are out of stock or you do not know the stock status please
contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 024 7636 5255, our team can
check stock and advise if your order can be delivered before this time.
Stock levels can change throughout the day, and any stock levels indicated on our website
may change so it is best to call or email us if you want to be sure we have
stock of an item before placing an order.
